Introducing our Toretelloni, a culinary delight that combines the best of both Emilia-Romagna & Lazio regions. These magnificent pasta tubes, originating from Modena, have been given a unique twist inspired by my Roman roots.
Handcrafted with care using the finest ingredients, our Toreteloni is made from bio flour 0, durum wheat flour, and eggs. The result is a pasta of exceptional quality, offering a perfect balance of texture and flavor.
But what sets our Toretelloni apart is the delightful filling of Cacio e Pepe, infused with the essence of Rome. This classic Roman sauce, with its blend of cheese and black pepper, adds a captivating twist to the dish. With each bite, you'll experience a little spark that takes you back to the heart of Rome.
To enhance the dish even further, we've created our own bio homemade butter infused with cherry tomato nectar. As it melts and mingles with our sauce, it creates a symphony of flavors that transports you to a bygone era, reminiscent of my own Italian youth.
