What's inside?
This dish was invented to bring comfort during cold days with a mascarpone sauce, and bringing a bit of colour into grey and cold days with italian saffran. An added plus, the sauce is vegetarian with the focus on this delicious vegetable; leek which brings a subtle sweet taste. Black olives were added for freshness to contrast the mascarpone and roasted pine nuts for extra nutty flavour and bite.
