La Spaghettata is, above all, a love story. It began with our French-Italian couple based in Amsterdam, and passionate for good food. Since July 2020, alongside our day jobs, we’ve worked hard to create a pasta delivery concept built on three core values: artisanal, simple, and flavorful.
The essence of our name, “La Spaghettata,” captures our mission: “let’s enjoy some quick pasta.” This is exactly what we aim to bring to our customers—a quick and easy dish to prepare, made with top-quality ingredients and accompanied by a new story each month.
After four years of hard work, we are proud to expand our business. We now offer catering services for private and corporate events, interactive workshops for families and friends, and a Private Chef service to impress your guests.

William and Constance share a deep passion for good food. Constance, with French and Italian roots, draws her inspiration from the flavors of Provence, where she spends her summers rediscovering family recipes. William, originally from Italy, has also lived in the South for several years. He is eager to share with the world the family recipes and traditions that shaped his childhood.
